As a nurse navigator, I am often required to give patients a diagnosis they are not prepared to hear. While I cannot fully understand how it feels to hear those words, I can empathize with them having seen this disease [cancer] impact so many over the years. When a patient requires life saving chemotherapy, it can be daunting to say the least. One of my greatest pleasures is being able to gift them with a treatment bag provided by the team at CADS Bags. This team of selfless individuals have provided countless numbers of patients with the dignity to arrive at their first treatment with a unique measure of comfort that they didn’t even know they would need.
